Computer Support Computer support is the identification, acquisition and management of the computer hardware, firmware, software, documentation and other resources necessary to provide data processing or computer support to the operational, maintenance, supply, training and administration requirements of an equipment / system. Computer support also includes the management of procedures, documentation, source code, proprietary rights and equipment to train operators and to control the development and implementation of software changes throughout the equipment / system life cycle. Exair recognises that each business and their products have computing support requirements that are historical and driven by future objectives. The development and upgrade of computer support services also requires the involvement of Configuration Management (CM) at all stages of the system life.
